Changelog
Every release since maintenance began on May 7. New features, polish, and the parts of the rebuild worth calling out.
Library refresh and avatars everywhere
A round of polish before the relaunch. Three new library layouts to compare against each other, and avatars now look the same everywhere you see them.
- Three library layouts to test side by side, so the version that wins is the one people actually use.
- Your profile picture looks identical in the sidebar, on your library, inside a chat, and on bot pages.
- Tighter caps on message length, so replies stay readable on phones.
Simpler reply credits
Small cleanup so reply pricing is easier to understand.
- AI replies now have one visible credit cost.
- The play settings are quieter because there is one default reply path.
Voices and a credit system
Replies can now be read out loud, and pricing moves from vague turn limits to real credits.
- Pick a voice. Tap any reply to hear it spoken aloud.
- Voice playback has its own monthly pool, so listening does not eat the credits you use for replies.
- Reply pricing is no longer a vague monthly cap. Every reply has a real credit cost you can see.
Aura refresh
More room to breathe on Aura, plus richer profiles for everyone.
- Free and Aura get separate credit pools. Aura no longer shares headroom with Free traffic during busy hours.
- Video avatars and video profile backgrounds. Aura members can set a short loop on their profile.
- A small gold mark on your sidebar pill when Aura is active.
- The upgrade screen is friendlier and clearer about what Aura actually gives you.
Creator tools
Creators can finally see who is reading their bots, and players got a few quiet upgrades along the way.
- Audience counts, chat counts, and a trend line for every bot you publish.
- Follow creators you like. Their new bots show up when you open the app.
- Save bots for later, even without starting a chat.
- Bring your own provider key, if you have one, and route replies through it.
- Longer session memory, so the bot stops forgetting what happened ten replies ago.
Smoother shell
The frame around the app got rebuilt from scratch.
- Sidebar collapses and remembers what you closed.
- Page transitions feel snappier, especially on Discover.
- Cleaner mobile drawer with a real backdrop.
Streaming replies
Replies now stream in as they are written.
- Watch a reply form one phrase at a time instead of waiting for the whole block.
- Walk back to any earlier turn and branch the story from there.
- Cleaner turn cards with timestamps and quick actions on every message.
Discovery rebuild
Discover, Browse, and the bot start page got rewritten end to end.
- A trending row, a new arrivals row, and a recommended row on Discover.
- Browse with search, tag filters, and sort options.
- A real bot landing page with stats, creator, and a clear start button.
Maintenance begins
Yorus went into maintenance mode so the rebuild could happen without people watching pieces fall over in real time.
- Front door switched to a maintenance page, so no one wondered if we were gone.
- Every entry above this one shipped during the five days of maintenance.
